SHIPPING & RETURNS

Should you wish to return your order of a stock item, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased.

We prefer you return your items using a tracked service. Postage will be covered by the shipper.

 

Unopened and unworn goods will be refunded in full. Please note: Shoes returned with signs of wear will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment.

All refunds are made at the discretion of mestisadance.com.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

We do not return, exchange or offer refund for change of mind shoes that have been purchased through our customise service.

Customised shoes have been designed & manufactured on a made-to-order service in the colour, material, size & details of your choice.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is deemed to be faulty within 14 days.
